NGO «ULPM» is a non-governmental organisation that unites legal entities and individuals whose activities are directly related to the health care system, research, educational and practical work in the field of medicine and related fields, including aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, pharmacology, and pharmaceuticals, in the field of physical and medical rehabilitation, as well as legal entities and individuals engaged
in food production, providing social services, etc.
The ULPM aims to promote the development of personalized medicine in Ukraine.

NGO «ULPM» was registered on 14 February 2019 as a public association that does
not have the status of a legal entity.
The Order
Since 16 February 2021, Prof. Oleksandr LITUS has been acting as President of the
ULPM.
Objectives of the ULPM
- Consolidation of efforts of highly qualified personnel to promote the development of Ukrainian personalized medicine, science, practice and education in medicine and related fields in this area
- Involvement of scientists and specialists in solving challenging scientific and practical problems in the field of personalized medicine in the interests of the general public
- Promoting the consolidation of the League members’ efforts to create conditions for the fullest possible realization of the professional and creative potential of the League members in the field of personalized medicine
- Promoting the protection of the professional and social interests of its members
- Promoting the propagation and development of sanitary and hygienic education of the population of Ukraine
- Promoting the achievements of medical science, participation in the sharing and popularisation of modern medical knowledge
- Promoting the level and quality of professional training of medical specialists
- Promoting the improvement of the system of training and advanced training of professional staff of all specialties and levels
- Promoting research in the field of personalized medicine and its practical implementation
- Promoting the implementation of projects, programs and activities aimed at improving the methods, methodological tools, practical techniques, and procedures of researchers and practitioners in the field of personalized medicine
- Promote information support for specialists in the field of personalized medicine, exchange of experience in research and practice, and development of innovative work methods
- Establishment and consolidation of links between specialists in different fields of science and practice in medicine
- Coordination of activities of specialists in the field of personalized medicine of the League members in order to efficiently distribute the efforts of specialists in the most important areas of science and practice
- Providing members of the League with information, theoretical and methodological assistance in improving the level of professional training
- Promoting the protection of professional, social, economic and other legitimate interests of its members
- Promoting the implementation of scientific theories into practice
- Inclusion of the League into the global community of personalized medicine
